The Essential Oils In The Relief Cellulite

Cellulite is an accumulation of fat at the buttocks, thighs and hips. Typically feminine, this phenomenon has a hormonal and physiological serves energy reserves in anticipation of pregnancy and lactation.

But today, our way of life no longer needs such fat reserves and we all want to remove any trace of fat. Food plays an important role, of course.

Against cellulite, there is no recipe. It takes patience because cellulite elimination process is too long. The basic principles are simple: healthy eating, massages and regular physical activity. However, we can add a few tips for a more visible and faster, drawing in particular essential oils.

 

The essential oils anti-cellulite

Cypress, cedar, lemon, juniper, geranium, fennel, black pepper, grapefruit, red thyme, cinnamon, rosemary, sage, oregano, lavender …

These essential oils can be diluted in massage in the bath water, or a glove friction.

Massage with essential oils: daily or twice daily

 

How to?

 

Mix in 25 ml of sweet almond oil, 8 drops of lemon essential oil and 8 drops of essential oil of cypress.

 

Dilute in 60 ml of vegetable oil (sweet almond oil, Shea butter, olive, macadamia …), 40 drops of essential oil of cypress, 10 drops of essential oil of lemon, 30 drops of essential oil of cedar Atlantic, 10 drops of essential oil of lemon eucalyptus, 30 drops of essential oil of common juniper.

 

Dilute in 60 ml of vegetable oil, 20 drops of essential oil of rose geranium bourbon hp, 20 drops of essential oil of cedar Atlantic and 40 drops of essential oil of lemongrass.

 

 

Morning and evening massage for areas affected by cellulite (or at least once a day). The massages will last for 5 minutes. Ideally, complete the effects of massage by some gymnastic movements.

 

 

The anti-cellulite bath once a week

Prepare your blend of essential oils as follows: 2 handfuls of sea salt, 2 tablespoons whole milk, 3 drops of lemon essential oil, 3 drops of cypress oil and 5 drops of lavender essential oil.

Mix well then add this mixture in hot water for your bath.

Beware; do not stay more than 20 minutes.

Coming out of the bath, rinse your legs with cold water from bottom to upper thighs. Then, dry your legs vigorously with a towel.

 

Other advice anti-cellulite

Reduce the amount of salt in your diet.

Food: increase the proportion of fiber, fruit and vegetables, lower intakes of animal fat.

Drink plenty and regularly: 1 liter and a half of water per day.

Perform regular exfoliation using a horsehair glove to activate the movement in areas affected by cellulite.

What exercise against cellulite?

Physical activity is part of anti-cellulite. But what exercises are most effective to remove these unsightly areas at the buttocks, thighs and hips? Here is a small program of physical exercise and advice to test against the orange skin.

 

Physical activity and sport is especially beneficial against cellulite in general. However, there are exercises more interesting than others. Obviously it is those who have more work buttocks, muscles of the hips and thighs. Over these muscles will be sought, the more they will tend to draw energy in layers underlying fat.
