Bloating, intestinal laziness, stomach cramps, lifts acids… all this digestive disorders are very common. How to use essential oils to alleviate or even eliminate them?

 

Essential oils against digestive disorders

Heartburn, acid lift essential oils:

 

Against heartburn and gastric acidity rising, choose the following essential oils: basil, lavender, geranium, lemon, bergamot, peppermint, and Roman chamomile.

Constipation essential oils:

Ylang-ylang, peppermint, basil, ginger, pepper, Roman chamomile, orange bitter.
